When Lake Wildwood was originally developed, there were concerns about off-road motorcycles (aka - dirt bikes). The hilly terrain was a popular draw and Homeowners were worried that dirt bike riders would tear up the lots. In addition, there was a motorcycle gang living nearby. These two reasons were used to establish the regulation that prevented motorcycle riding within the Community. These issues no longer exist.
